The Best Jalapeno Pepper Jelly is a surprisingly sweet jelly with that great jalapeno flavor. We remove the seeds and membrain from our fresh jalapenos before cooking leaving the flavor instead of the burn. My favorite customers are those that say they don't like jalapenos.
